First off I want to start out by saying you are GORGOUS! And really beautiful hair. Brown looks good on you.
I completely support you in doing this for yourself, it is a very doable goal. And eating healthier and working out is good for your health and promotes longevity so good for you!!!![]()
I am a total health/fitness nut so if you need any tips, or even just someone to talk to I am here for you
Also do you have a trader joes where you live? It is the same price or even less expensive than fast food. I swear by trader joes! Also farmers markets usually have great deals if you go towards the times they are about to end ( then need to get rid of what they have left for the week)
Another thing that I LOVE are juices! I highly recommend getting a juicer and start juicing everything and drink it as snacks during the day. They are FULL of vitamins and antioxidants and over all make you feel great. Great way to realign your system. Also pure pineapple juice is another thing I drink everyday, it reduces bloat and is great for your body overall.
Ps loved your mini TR!![]()
Firstly thank you Niki! I like my brown hair too!

I have always wanted to be healthy and i think now that i am starting college it is time for me to grow up and start realizing that the things i eat will effect my life! I totally appreciate the help! Super excited to get started...
Yesterday i ran on the tread mill for an hour with 4lbs weights in each hand... it was tough... my arms were not happy with me

As for Trader Joe's... i have heard of this place... but i have never been there... i think there is one 15-20 minutes from where i live/work so i should be able to go without a problem... I will definitely check it out because i much prefer fruit/veggi's over junky fast food

JUICE?! I never thought of that! Wow! Thank you... i totally LOVE fruit juice but i have never thought of having that as a snack... I will have to invest in a "juicer" and use "too ripe" fruit to make juice... SUCH A GOOD IDEA... i really can't get over it. Thank you for being so smart

Heheh, sorry i got a bit excited there... but that is a very good idea. I am highly inspired to eat healthier and i have a better plan now!
Thanks again Niki!
