Planning a trip to Disneyland!

I'm hoping for any tips or suggestions. My husband, daughters (4 and 1) are going to Disneyland with my mom, grandma and brother... we'll be flying out of YVR (Vancouver international) March 31, and leaving LAX April 7 of this year. My oldest is 4 and my youngest will be 18 months at the time of our trip. I was hoping someone would have some sort of insight, tips, suggestions or anything else. I already know about the Baby Swap pass. We've never, ever gone on a family vacation, so I'm new at all this. Also, what kind of clothes should we pack? We're going to be staying at the Courtyard Inn by Marriott. Any good restaurants nearby there?
Any and all suggestions, tips, opinions, and anything else would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

ETA: We'll be borrowing a sit and stand stroller from a friend that lives in California.
