Hey ya'll, im planning a surprise trip to disneyland on halloween day, and the day before * or week, whichevers better * ill be buying 2 deluxe annual passes. what i want to know, is whats a good plan if im planning to come on halloween? Will the park fill up quickly? Is it a good day to go? ive never been during halloween. Should we dress up? whats the costume policy, if there is one.
and do you think finding a hotel will be all that difficult? maybe a room at the DLH maybe? if not, what else would you reccommend?

help please! id like to get as much tips, advice, secrets, ect. before we go, if we decide too ^_^. :wizard: thanks.

We're also going to be there over Halloween (Oct 29 - Nov 4). We are in the Disneyland Hotel--but booked well in advance. However; friends of ours have decided to tag along for a couple of the days (31st and 1st), and booked DLH with no problems this weekend (called rez on Sat 09/30).

As for costumes; during the full day at either park; guests on adult tickets (10 and over) are not to wear costumes at all. Guests younger, may. At the Mickey's Halloween Treat party at California Adventure park (630p - 1030p), guests of any age may wear costumes with the usual rules:

1. Don't obscure the eyes
2. If you are dressed as a character, don't pose for pictures / sign autographs
3. costume should not drag the ground
4. costume should not be objectionable (which is subjective to the viewer, of course--just use common sense)...

Also; be aware, the MHT party is not included in your day's regular admission; the tickets are $24 in advance or $29 at the door.....

That is about all I can remember at the moment; hope it helps some....

Thanks:
Michael.

Next Trip; Oct 29 - Nov 4
Disneyland Hotel.

I'd try and go to Mickey's Halloween Treat on Halloween. The tickets are sold out now, but there are some on ebay. It sounds like a lot of fun.
