Planning a group trip??

Is there a thread or board for help with planning for a WDW trip for a medium sized student group? I have planned tons of regular trips. BUT this is a totally different thing trying to figure out FP+ etc for a a group of 50. I know we are staying at Pop and have the hours and dates for each park plus a few group meals are planned. Mostly the kids will be on their own just want to have a few things set to go for some of the short park days.
