I don't think it is a troll. I think it is a younger person who is trying to get a feel for what it costs to go to Disney.

Hello! I'm interested in planning my first solo trip to Disney for December 2020. How can I plan a week-long trip on an $800 budget? A hotel with a shuttle to Disney World would be preferred.

You’re on a tight budget, embrace a very cheap deal!

Look at 2-4 days in the park and use the rest of your time checking out the Disney Resorts - go to Disney Springs, park (or use hotel transportation/Lyft to take you) and catch a resort bus to any resort. Spend a full day at Disney Springs window shopping.

For food, put in a grocery order to be delivered to your hotel after you check in and get cheap meals and snacks to take with you into the parks.

Leaves $135 for food. For 8 days/7 nights, that’s 17/day.

how many are traveling? and what state are you traveling from? Are you willing to stay off site? Must you be in a park every day? Are you willing to stay 5 days instead of 7?
