Planning 1st trip in August

I am trying to plan a trip and have a couple of questions. We will be staying 5 days and 4 nights and want 3 day hoppers for 1 Adult, 1 Senior, and a 12 and 15 yr old.

1. Are there manual wheelchair rentals at DL?

2. Any ideas for low cost Theam park tickets?

3. Which is the better of the 2 parks?

Not sure about the manual wheelchair rentals. They used to have them, they probably still do. You just see so many of those large motorized wheelchairs nowadays.

I think Disney is running a promotion right now for park hopper tickets, something about getting a child's free. Not sure though, I'm sure others will know.

Of course, if you can only go to one park, you must go to Disneyland. It was the first, Walt's park. And is certainly the best of the two. But there are good things at DCA that you shouldn't miss if this is you're first trip.
