Hi everyone,

OK, now that the big EPCOT event is over, it's time for the Philly gang to get together again. Here are some possible dates--September 30, October 7 or October 14. Please specify your choice of location. In the past we've met at Willow Grove, Oxford Valley and Franklin Mills Malls. Please post your choices so security can be called and the necessary arrangements made.

Hi, Diane!

As of right now, all the dates look good to us. Of course, we don't yet have the Fall soccer schedule, so that might change. September 30th and October 7th are definitely better choices for us.

I don't think the location really matters, since it would be about 2.5 hours from here, regardless.

Are these meeting rooms at these locations, or out in the public eateries?

Hey Robyn,

It's so cool that you will be able to make our pin meet! We really didn't get a chance to chat at the EPCOT--too busy trading! Our group has met in the food courts of 2 of the malls listed and had the third meet in Oxford Valley Mall's Community Room . Personally I like the Community Room set up the best..lots of tables to spread out, no curiousity seekers, able to play games and stuff, but we'll go with whatever location the majority decides. All of these malls have easy access from I-95 or some other major highway. We'll keep you posted !

I'd like to cast my vote for the Community Room.
If I'm bringing a family of five, do I get five votes?
If so, please put them all in for the Community Room.

Other than the disadvantages you've already mentioned, I would be concerned about child supervision at an eatery. Watching my six-year-old with an eagle eye will definitely interfere with 100% pintrading enjoyment.

We'd be happy to contribute toward room rental fees, and we can bring snacks or beverages or whatever we need.

Hi! Hope I can make one of the meet dates. Right now the October 14th seems to be the best one for me. As to where any of the three places are okay for me. But I did like the one we had in the Community Room at Oxford Valley Mall. Keep me posted.

I was hoping to make my first pin meet--but NONE of these days are good for me (I will be in Aruba Sept. 30, I am scheduled to run a 5k Oct.7 and DH and I are headed to Vermont for our 4th anniversary Oct. 14) oh well--maybe next time!

WOOHOO!!!!!

Any date is good for me! I liked the Oxford Community Room the best. It is also near the bathrooms and a step away from the Food Court...it worked out rather nice, I think!
Just keep us posted.....I will be there!

You invite people from New Jersey, and you start getting New Yorkers.
And let's not even talk about the influx from Delaware!

Hi Diane, Oxford valley mall sounds great. Oct. 14th is not good for us. Hope we get a large group. Thanks for planning it.
By the way the King of Prussia Mall is getting a food court. Mabye we can do one there sometime.
It won't open until November I am sure. But we have a Gallery store that will knock your socks off.

Parkhopper was at the last one I was able to attend.
