Planner Swap- Progress Thread- Mailed back to you- post as they arrive

Rebecca --

Could I also please have Disney February -- I am thinking a of a Mickey and Minnie in the cutie style design.

thanks

Rebecca--could you please bind mine as well? Thanks so much :)

I have a silly question. The pages--6x6 with a 1/2 inch gutter so 6 1/2 x 6 OR 6x6 total with the design part being 5 1/2 x 6? I'm having trouble visualizing exactly what you mean in the instructions.

Rebecca- please can I swap to September every day (I actually asked for May not March, but Mickeyteacher has that now) and can you bind it please?

And can I have June Disney please - Donald theme - also bound. Thanks!

I would like to try and do a Donald July in the Disney planner, if that's ok. I think I was supposed to tell you I'm from the UK!

I just read post above so people may not want Donald June and July, I'll keep thinking if I can do some general Disney theme for July.

They are 6 by 6 including the gutter so the design would be 5 1/2 by 6. There are some pictures posted in the interest thread if you want to look.

I am so sorry about mixing that up. I changed you to September for everyday- I have you down for May in the Disney (June was already taken)- but let me know if you want me to change you to elsewhere.

I think the big reason for asking for characters was that people didn't want too many of 1 character but I think 2 months with the same will be okay- you can think about it or see if your idea would work with Daisy instead of Donald. I will leave it up to you.

Thanks :) That's what I thought, but, I just wanted to be positive.

Is the Bazzill cardstock sturdy enough for the pages?

Rebecca, is there a back cover as well? And, can I see the inside of the front cover?

Whoever does the cover will be doing both the front and back cover. One mine the material is the same on both. I plan to use a thin blue suede material for the everyday planners and possibly add a small charm onto the front cover. The inside of the covers I have is a matching piece of cardstock- I believe it is a Bazzill but I am not positive. I will try to get a picture of the inside of a cover asap(probably not before Mon though). Basically whomever does the cover needs to cover the chipboard in a light but sturdy fabric and then add a piece of cardstock over where everything comes together on the inside of the each cover.

There is enough Disney fabric out there that I would say getting it and covering the chipboard is enough work for that person.

Bazzill cardstock is just fine- you don't want to use the thinner (and normally cheaper) cardstock that some stores sell. Anything above about 50lb should be fine- I think Bazzill is about 70lb if I remember correctly.

That's what I thought. I would willing to move to covers if no one else wants it.

Is CM cardstock too thin? Its a bit lighter weight than Bazzill, but not as thin as the stuff that comes in paper stacks (if you get me;) )

I don't really know how thick it is but if it can hold up well on its own it should be fine. Maybe someone who is familiar with the difference could weigh in- the big thing is that the pages need to be quite sturdy to hold up for the year- as long as the cardstock is sturdy enough it should be okay- the paper packs normally have fairly thin cardstock and that paper doesn't hold up.
