After enjoying my icecream... I needed to clean up... Luckily Saratoga is known for its............SPRINGS!!! Yup... they're real... Here's the Hathorn Spring... People actually come here and fill up jugs and jugs of mineral water... Over at the Roosevelt Baths I hear you can take a bath in the mineral water and its slightly bubbly and you float a bit... gotta try that some day...

Pardon my next part.. but ya know... sometimes you just have to go... so in honor of Cass and her wonderful tour of the bathrooms of WDW...(see I do read everything...) I give you.... The bathrooms of Saratoga Springs...

We headed up to Broadway to see some of the City...

Here is Mrs. Londons where Rachel Ray did part of her $40 a day show... She's from up in this area...

And George Balanchine used to come here daily for bread when he was here for the summer with the NY Ballet...



This is the Hall of Springs... Aunt Shell said that if she ever gets married... (ahhhhhh....sorry....) she wants to have her reception here...

Just a quick sail by!!!

We are about to pass CUBA!!!! We will be about 2 miles off shore...

Great cruise... WDW was HOT HOT HOT... literally... Aunt Shell slathered me up with lots of sun stuff, but I mainly hit the spa (no pics sorry... those women are picky!!!)

Had a great DIS meet... gee I must be popular... everyone wanted to get their grubby little hands on me... of course here on the ship... I made them wash up with hand wipes!!!

Will check in a couple of times...

Don't don anything I wouldn't do...

& Jackie... had a great time at Ian's party last night... we'll have to do it again really soon!!!

Last night I had my picture taken with the Captain and Brent our cruise director!!!

Great guys... but they wear too much white....

Went to Palo Brunch for Grammy B's bday today... lots of good stuff... tried to run off with the entire plate of crab legs... boy are those things heavy!!!

I don't remember her name (I'll have to go back and ask again...right after I have my filet and some lamb...) not the "C" lady.. but she was VERY nice and brought me everything on the menu at least twice...

Just got out of the Panama Canal talk... we will drop anchor off the coast tonight around 11 pm and will be joined by an oh so nice pilot or 4 to make our way through tomorrow... We are due to go in around 6 am or so...

Thanks for the postcard, Planky! I'm so glad you were able to finally stay at the Polynesian ... I know how much you seemed to like it there last May when we scoped it out.
