Saturday 27th October - aka Getting off Day
We were up at 6am and ready and dressed by 6.30am.
Our brekkie was at 6.45am so we wandered out on deck to have a look out at the dock.
there was another ship in too - the Carnival Glory.
This is our "we dont wanna leave" photo
Berkkie opened at Parrot Cay and in we went. Considering it was realy early and we were departing I was still in a really good mood. I ordered the full works for brekkie but Neil just had cereal and toast and so did Ellis.
Heres Shane with his lovely present for Ellis - thank you Shane
I love this photo
Our last brekkie together with some of our friends
and then it was time to get off.
We joined the small queue in the lobby and off we went
and then we were back in the terminal
We found our luggage immediately, grabbed a porter and were through in less then 5 minute and at our car.
It was raining as we took our last shots of the Magic
The drive back to Orlando was uneventful. We first called in at Ron Jon's and bought a few presents for our family and then drove back to Fairfield Inn, Lake Buena Vista - our home for the next 3 1/2 days.
Ellis slept the whole way back. It was too early to check in, we hadnt found our park passes, so we (once again) went to the Malls. Neil had ordered some trainers so we went to collect them from Florida Mall, then went to Belz and spent another few hundred$$$

. Then we went to DTD and Ellis got to build his lightsaber - a darth Maul double ended one - its enormous but luckily it comes apart to fit in the suitcase.
By now our room was ready so we checked in and unpacked.
Guess what was tucked inside one of the Navigators - yep! - the park passes and photopass. - Phew!
Neil went out to get essential supplies for our last 3 dys - wine, beer, chocolate milk and cheesecakes while I finished off unpacking.
I was almost done when the phone rang - it was Neil's parents - they had flown in that day and were popping in on their way to St Petes. They were there in 30 minutes and so we opened some wine and beer and had a nice long chat telling them all about the cruise. Ellis was really pleased to see them.
Once Nanny and Grandad had left we went to Bahama Breeze for dinner - one of my favourite restaurants. The music playing was Jimmy Buffets "Margaritaville" - we smiled at each other - it was the same cd as was playing in Key West when we'd stopped for a beer. We decided to buy the cd the next day - happy memories - its actually playing now as I type this!
We went back to the hotel, got tea and coffee from the lobby and had cheesecake in bed.
It was only 9pm but we were all exhausted and needed an early night.
Tomorrow - MGM
