Just finished reading your trippie and I am really enjoying your photos. Looks like Planky had a great time. I must admit I have been lurking in hopes of catching up on my old buddies LindyLoo, Wayne, and Elouise. We all did the Wonder cruise together last October and my thoughts and wishes were with them on this one. Can't wait to see the rest.

I think they have a lot going on at home at the moment. She doesnt get on the boards very often at the moment, but if I see her I'll pass on your best wishes.

Planton needs to cover up in the Borat costume. I need to poke my eyes out now. Seriously jealous. I want to do a cruise but I get motion sickness and no one will go with me.

I'm not good at travelling either - I have a blance issue with my ears and I was quiet worried about the cruise, but I was absolutely fine. The seas were calm most of the time, but even on the night it was choppy I was still ok.

You could always try a 3 day one to see how you were on it. Trust me its a brilliant holiday.

Heres a photo of Ellis, Planky and Elouise on pirate night - I couldnt fit it on the other post

So where were we?

We were in the room with the towel monkey and Planky....

They chatted a while and perused the menu

and then we headed up to deck 9 for pirate party!


The ship was rocky tonight - half the pool was on deck as it sloshed over the side and it was very windy.

I have no idea if it was good or not cos I didnt get chance to try it.



Now, just as a sidebar here I feel it necessary to yell out a HUGE warning to all other ladies who decide to wear their pirate type skirts up to deck 10 - DONT!

All I can do is apologise to the poor guy who was following me up the steps to deck 10 and got an awful and unexpected view as my skirt literally lifted almost over my head and displayed my butt

I grabbed the material as fast as I could and made a hasty retreat back down the stairs. I got my keycard and ran back to the room where I quickly got changed into 3/4 trousers - a much more sensible option.




The show started

The party was good, I got a great spot on deck 10 right opposite the jumbotron and out of the crush of the crowd on deck 9.

The fireworks were great but my camera wasnt co-operating so you'll just have to take my word on it.

Ellis was really tired tonight so Neil and I took it in turns to pick him up, but once the show was over we headed back to the room so he could get an early night.

It was a shame, I was in the mood for a dance (and that never happens!) but theres always next time right

We got to bed at 12.15 and Ellis was asleep by 12.20.

Ok, folks, apologies for the delay - Planky's camera was playing up and I couldnt get the photos uploaded (sorry Nancy ). I think I have resolved the issue so here is a phto of Planky from a previous day - he loved playing tag - here are all the prezzies he got - he did really well didnt he!

Wow! Plankton really had a great time on our cruise didn't he? It's no wonder he was kicking and screaming his way out of the box as I prepared to ship him back home to Missouri.

ps....Ever fancy a job give me a ring,you missed your true vocation in life dear plankey got better protection than G W Bush got outside the green zone,i had a ghastly plan to nick him and hold him for ransom,i had the photographer lined up and everything (he can go back to playing his tunes and i won't name the lad just in case i need his services sometime in the future,wow just think Canada has it's very own sleeper agent ).......Does Brenda know that plankey got more love and attention than Neil did on this jolly?....
