On my PJ I want to delet a poll I started and I want to change the title of it how do i do this?

I don't know about deleting a poll.

But to change the title if you go to the main screen where all the threads are lsited, and then double click in the box of your thread, but not on the text, the text will become editable. If you click on the text it'll take you into the thread, so make sure you don;t touch it, jsut anywhere inside the box will do it.
