I had all of our meals planned out, then one of teens decided not to go along. Since he is the big eater in the family, I am scrambling to add a couple of TS meals and have been trying to read through all of these boards and the menus on www.wdwig.com .

The Disney Dining Plan guide shows Planet Hollywood as open for lunch, but there is only a dinner menu showing on wdwig. Can anyone confirm that they are open at lunchtime and what time they open? Is it the same menu?

Do you make reservations there through the Disney Dining system?

I haven't been able to figure out which items on the menu require an extra charge.

Thanks so much. I leave in 47 hours, so I will probably have to eat wherever we can find reservations once we get there, but I thought I'd try to plan ahead.

It shows here they open at 11 am. I called them awhile back to ask about the surcharge & don't remember the exact amount. I'm guessing it was $23. You would pay any amount over for the entree.
