Is this place good? Also if you have kids on the dining plan--I saw on allears that the kid menue has just entrees--so can a kid order an appetizer and dessert off the adults menue?

They may have a more updated menu in the restaurant that includes kids appetizers and desserts. If not, no, they will not likely be allowed to order from the adult menu. We found that most menus online were outdated when we visited restaurants.

As far as PH, it's not our fave but lots of people like it. I tend to call it a big tourist trap with bad food The one here locally closed, the locals knew better and there weren't even tourists to keep it in business. The one at WDW seems to thrive due to it's location. It's very very loud, very very crowded, and has tons of cool movie memorabilia to check out if anyone in your family is interested in that. Lots of movie screens going. We had terrible service the last time we went and weren't impressed with the food but others have a better time.

If you don't have one near you, and you think your family would enjoy the atmosphere, then I would give it a try.

After I posted the question my DH said he did not want to go there, b/c he thought the food would be horrible. Thanks for the reply though.

I was disappointed last time we were there in August--dont recall why. Wimpy portions? Wasnt that hungry? Long Wait? Service fine? Movie theme but blasting music?
