Planet Hollywood Vouchers

Hello!!
We are eating at Planet Hollywood in DTD during our August trip. We have the 15 dollar voucher that came with our package that we plan to use. Another family that we know is going the same week as we are, but they are not intending on going to Planet Hollywood. They offered us their voucher to use, but before I accepted I wanted to see if it was possible to use two vouchers here. I know many restaurants do not allow you to combine discounts, but I wasn't sure if maybe I asked for seperate checks this would work out. Has anyone done this? We are a party of two if that matters.

We Will Be a party of 2 adults,and one 2yr old we have 2 rooms but will be 2gether we have a ressie for lunch for a party of 3. We are not burger eater's but will indulge ourselves with a burger and fries this should be covered with the voucher, I will have one tab and he will have his tab, 2 vouchers & 2 tabs I feel this is the easiest way to go, and should not cause any problems. hopes this helps The CM said that we should not have a problem

I met a couple of fellow Disers last Dec at Planet Hollywood. We all used our vouchers that night. The waiter gave us three seperate tickets and didn't blink an eye.

I hope they allow it -- our party of eight will have four vouchers to use and we were hoping to be able to save some of our TS dining credits by using the vouchers instead.

We were able to do this only because the 4 of us were on 4 different reservation numbers. They verified it against our KTTW cards.

Has this happened to anyone else? I ask because I have a split stay with 2 rooms each, result 4 vouchers, and I would like to use them all at one sitting. Is this possible?

Well I would just have 4 tabs and use 4 vouchers, I dont know that's what I would do unless the 4 of you are 2 adults and 2 children, Cant wait to see what the board has to say about the previous question!

When we were there last year, they gave us a hard time about using TWO vouchers on TWO separate parties at the SAME table! We had our checks split and each of us had our own room, own vouchers, and were completely different families, just eating together! They insisted that it was ONE voucher per party and sinec we all sat together, we were one party!

Once I spoke to the manager, they allowed us to use one voucher per family, but it was a major deal! Needless to say, we will not be eating there again, voucher or not.

This may be another one of those "depends on who/when" kind of things, but just a heads-up in case you were expecting to combine several and get a free meal- may not happen!

When we were there last Sept. we used 2 one for me and one for DH. My parents and the kids stayed at the resort while we had a night out at PI. I booked 2 rooms so I had 1 from each room. I asked the waiter and he said sure you can use them both,so I had no problem.

We had a party of 6 with three vouchers and we asked the waitress if we could use all three on one check and she said sure. I agree, it all depends on the who's/when's/where's. Good Luck!!

Wait a disney minute!I was not saying that you were cheating anyone, I just said what I would do, not to say that I was correct,just what I would do, and I asked about the family because you could not have a tab for a child to pay,that was WHY I was asking, and I did not want to tell you this if it were children in your party.I was only giving my opinion,provided that all of you guys were adults, that would be able to pay their tab and use the individual voucher. Whatever you do is your business, and I hope that this board can offer you other opinions, and I hope that you are not as defensive,I dont think any of these fine people as well as myself are here to point fingers just here to give insight on what they may do, or what has happen to them in certain situations,Whatever the case, I hope that you are able to use your vouchers, with no problem and then you can come back to the board and share your outcome!
