Planet Hollywood takes reservations?

Does anyone know if this is accurate and if so, are they made thru the main dining number? We have eaten there a few times and have always just waited about 5-10 minutes for a table.

Do they take reservations?

On their menu it says they take reservations, however I am not sure if they can be done threw WDW-Dining or you need to call them directly.

I tried making a reservation the other day thru disney dining, and they said certain days they only take walk ups. I was asking about a Friday, so I am not sure if it is a weekend thing or not.
