How do you make Reservations- I can not find any phone number for them. The one phone number I was able to obtain from the operator is to a fax machine.

We have used the usual Disney PS system(407-WDW-DINE) when booking a PS for PH. Unfortunately, according to my experience and that of quite a few others on these boards, it seems as of late they arent booking anything before 10:15pm.
Im going to try to look into the reason for this when we are there next week. Im wondering if they are changing their policy. I know in the past they didnt even take PSs, then a couple years back they started. Let us know how it goes for you. :D Good luck!

Are PS REALLY necessary for PH? We thought about eating there one night if we didn't find anything else that interested us more while at DTT, but I really didn't want to have to make a PS, and be locked in a schedule for that. Anyone else eat there without a PS lately? How long a wait did you have?

A friend was there last week and when walked up was told it was an hour and a half week - I believe this was about 5 on a weekday. She had a go to the front of the line card and was immediately seated.

Love those cards!

Where did she get that card? I saw something on line for a "coupon" to go to the front of the line there. I printed it out, but Im leary about if its really valid.

We ate here in June since we had the Dreammaker coupon. We called in the morning before we left our hotel and made the PS for later in the day. We had about a 2-minute wait upon arrival. The kids (6, 9, 11, and 14) loved the restaurant.

Called 90 days out to make reservations and got ''crazy'' times.:p Was told to call back 30 days out and got what we wanted.:Pinkbounc 6:30pm for 7 people.:bounce: Will the VIP seating coupon help us even more?:hyper: Thanks for the coupon info.:wave2: Call PH directly.

Are you saying you called PH directly to get a reservation? If so, do you happen to know the number offhand? Thanks! :D

Thanks! I will try that today.

We tried WDW DINE again yesterday and this time the CM came right out and told us they arent taking PSs between 5:00-10:00 until September something(I forget the exact date he said). He sounded like he knew what he was talking about, as the other CMS we had talked to had no idea why they only offered us 10:15 or later. Some guessed a private party and others guessed it was booked. They also told us to go to Guest Services at the Poly(where we staying) to see if they have a referral card(I think that was the term he used), to get us in. I have never heard of this before, but its sure getting interesting. ;)
All this aggravation just to get my LA Lasagna, LOL! :teeth:

I talked to a CM named January. She told me the PH and WDW were trying something new and the changes were just recently implemented.

She said that no PS. We just have to get a referral card from Guest Services at your resort. She said WDW on site customers at to go between 5pm and 10 pm for the use of this card on any day of the week.

You will be given the first available seating for your party with the referral card. You may have a wait but it would be minimal per January.

She recommended if you go early for your desired dinning time- She recommened 20 minutes early.

Mamahauldren is correct. This is exactly what we did. We got the card at Guest Services at the Poly and gave it at PH. Not only did it get us seated within about 5 minutes, but it was also good for a free appetizer of the Chicken Fingers. :D

I too am curious to know if the "preferred card" for Planet Hollywood is available at all DW resorts. We are staying at the POR in January.

Anyone know?

I would guess if they are still using that system and not the regular PS, that it would be available at all WDW resorts. I cant see them having it at only 1, but then again, you never know. And like I said, they may not even still be doing it this way.

This isnt the greatest but, heres a picture of the card we got back in July.

How did you get that card?

I actually have a Visa card that has the planet hollywood logo on it. In the past I have always been able to show my credit card and bypass all the lines. I hope I can still use that.

Sorry for all the questions;) but did you just ask the front desk(i sthat guest services) if they had any referral cards for planet hollywood? I'm just a little confused. This isn't the same thing as the 7 for 5 package deal where you can choose from a list of things and PH being one of them is it?

Thats ok. Thats what we are here for... to ask and answer questions. :D
We had tried booking a PS with the regular WDW DINE number and we were unable to get one before 10:15. We kept trying with no luck and were finally told to ask for this at Guest Services at our resort(the part of the front desk where you can buy tickets and such, not exactly where you check in, but close). We did and had no problem getting this ticket. And no it isnt the part of any deal(we had a room only reservation, no package).

However after reading my previous posts I remembered we were told they were only to that until some date in Spetember. I dont know if they have extended it, or if you can book a regular PS now. I would try a PS first.
