Planet Hollywood On Location to close.

is that the one right in front of the restaurant?

I'm hoping for a liquor store.

So the store only, not the restaurant.

Can't say I ever really knew there was a separate store there.

Hopefully you employees will be taken care of.

well I hope their "plan" is better than the bold new vision they have going for PI :lmao::lmao::rotfl::rotfl2:

I, too, hope you guys are taken care of and relocated somewhere else.

I'm hoping for another tethered balloon. One gives DTD a nice cheesy look, but with a second balloon Disney can finally acquire that truly gaudy ambiance...

I'm surprised the one at the Studios has lasted as long as it has. They must have some kind of contract that prevents Disney from booting it, because it is always empty, compared to the shops around it.

I'm your only source, because I work there. january 31

Hope things work out for you.

There must have been a real sweetheart rental deal with Disney on this because I don't see any way PH could have afforded a normal rent on this location plus having two others so close by. Never made sense economically. I suspect they got that location just to fill the space at dirt cheap rent with the agreement that if Disney ever had a tenant that needed the space, PH would have to give it up with short notice. And apparently that has now occurred.

But the good news is that something new is coming to DTD.

Yeah but remember the names originally behind PH... one of which, Bruce Willis, was doing stuff with Miramax and Disney. Still blows my mind they have a Casino in Vegas.
