Planet Hollywood Meal Voucher ???

We received 2 Planet Hollywood Meal Vouchers with our reservations (2 rooms) and I have a couple of questions....

1) Can you get the order to go?
2) Can you order the Ceaser salad with the dressing on the side so that you can refrigerate and eat later?

My group are not big PH fans, but thought we might get a couple of Ceasar salads the evening before we leave and keep them in the refrigerator overnight. That way, we could take them to the airport and have lunch while waiting on our flight.

I have an additonal question to add to that...

What do you get with the merchandise voucher they send you with the meal voucher? Is it worth going over to PH during the day to get it?

I read somewhere else that someone got a small keychain. Not sure if it ever varies. That had been one of my questions, too! For me, that doesn't warrant a special trip to DTD. But 2 free bowls of lettuce, now that will do it for me!
