Planet Hollywood booked solid????

I just called Disney Dining to make a reservation for July 9 for a party of 3 - There's nothing available until 10:15PM. Then I checked for July 12 and I got the same thing. Does that make sense? Last few times I've been there I've had no problem walking in and getting a table.

Do you think calling same day directly to the restaurant might help?

Also, if they're this booked, does this mean no walk-up would even be allowed?

Another thing I just thought of - I SWEAR I read that Planet Hollywood only took ressies 30 days out, which is why I specifically waited until today. How could they possibly book that quickly? Plus, I asked about Wednesday, which is 34 days out. I really wish Disney could keep their dining rules updated more frequently.

I do know that Planet Hollywood takes ressies 180 out. I have one made for our Thanksgiving Trip. My kids wanted to eat there while we are taking a break from shopping in Downtown Disney. Good luck with getting in. I think something should open up for you.

I know that if you book through AAA, they give you a voucher for a free meal at Planet Hollywood. I'll bet that's why they are so booked. Otherwise it just doesn't make sense.

I haven't use that coupon, but since it lists a number on the coupon you could call and speak to a manager and double check. If he/she says it is valid I would right down his/her name and time you spoke with them. I did, however, find another coupon here at undercovertourist.com. They offer a VIP voucher as well but it cost you $10. Then you can recoup the $10 at dinner.

Just another thought.....

1) Vouchers for no-wait are for available tables.
2) If tables are used for ressies, voucher does not apply.
3) Thus, if all tables are booked, you will wait even if folks aren't there yet.
4) All this does is get you ahead of the standy-by line.
