Plane lands 3 hours before ADR

I've been trying to get reservations for the Fantasmic Dining Package, and until today the only time available for the whole week we are there is at 1:40 pm on the day of our arrival. We are flying from St. Louis and arriving at 10:45 am. Do you think this is doable, or should I just cancel the ADR? We are staying at Coronado Springs.

Is there a penalty for a no-show? If yes, I would not do it. You never know if your flight will be delayed.

It is probably do-able, but only if everything runs like clock-work. It even possible to have extra time if everything runs smooth. What day of the week are you arriving? Sat morning checkin lines can be long.

You want to allow 90 minutes from landing to resort (assuming you are using ME and are having Disney pick up your luggage.)
I would allow at least an hour from arriving at the bus stop to get to park, plus time to go thru bag check and get into park.

Usually neither if those things take that long...but you have to allow for worst case....you just missed the bus to the park for example.

Checkin time is a variable too. It could take 5 minutes or 45 minutes. Using on-line checkin could help there.

We are arriving there this Tuesday, and using the DME. I have already done the online check-in. I'm hoping to get to the hotel by 12:30 pm, and hop on the DHS bus soon after. We're ok to delay checking in until after lunch if the lines are long. I'm just nervous about any delays.

The Fantasmic Dining charges $10 each for no-shows. I think I have to cancel within 48 hours (which is tonight) if I don't want to get charged.

Sounds like you will be OK if there aren't any fight delays. But don't you need to check in so you can get your park tickets, etc? Or do you have room only and already have your tickets?

Oops, you're right! We have annual passes, but we're doing the Dining Package, so I guess we need our key cards to pay for our ADR.

Yes, you will need to check in and get your KTTW cards in order to access your dining plan credits.

You are correct that the cancellation deadline for the F! dining package is 2 days in advance.

If you are running late, you can take a taxi from the resort to DHS.

I was able to snag an ADR for Thursday instead. Yay! Now, we have the Fantasmic dining package without all the stress of trying to make it on time from the airport.
