Plan Ahead with Lightning Lane Entry at Walt Disney World Starting July 24

I know it says on-site gets 7 days in advance, then it says AP gets 3 days in advance.
Has anyone confirmed yet that an on-site AP has 7 days?
Yes, the system is recognizing the resort stay for AP holders and allowing the 7 day advanced booking.

Well this doesn’t bode well for our trip 1/1-1/4. This is relatively low crowd season plus you don’t have anyone who has pre booked since this is the first day. And already TSMM is gone, HM is gone, Pirates is gone, Big Thunder and Jungle Cruise are well into the evening, Remy is gone, even small stuff like Spaceship Earth and Living with the Land have return times for evening. I can’t imagine what it will look like when people will have pre booked. So over peak times we will probably be paying 50 a person for 3 rides. I know you can refresh and we did that well with old FP and Genie, but who knows how well that will work now.

I realize the answer is probably no, but was there any discount offered for purchasing LLMPs for, say, the entire length of stay? Or length of stay minus arrival and departure days?

It seems like on-site guests should get some kind of discount, although perhaps the discount is built in and day-of purchase will be more expensive? Or is the real advantage that one can get better choices than people who book their LLMPs later than 7 days in advance?

Just wondering. A girl can dream.
No, but nice thought though!

Nope. I wouldn't expect there to ever be discounts for LLMP.

i was able to book today as an onsite annual passholder for all days of my trip July 26 - August 3.

Thank you both - I'm so used to getting the short end of the stick with Disney part of me was waiting for that to be a "nope"
Now here's hoping they eventually move back to recognizing split stays.

Today is not going to be a fair sample. Every blogger in the universe is testing it out, many buying to experience it. These are people who know which rides to book, so you can't read into it.

ETA - plus, if it puts a 5 minute hold on the times, the number of people checking to see what's there is messing with it too!

Can you buy multiple days in one purchase?

Someone mentioned there is a time limit to check out before losing your selections, how long was that?

How do the standby times look? They look a little high to me, but I could just be worrying about it.

Yeah, slim pickings at 10am, and TSM has an 85 minute wait lol. I wasn't happy with G+ but this isn't looking much better. I think the terminology is better and I love not getting online at 7 every morning, but if actual park experience is worse, then what was the point.

I'm keeping an open mind but our APs renew in two weeks and I'm wondering whether to bother renewing. I'm eager to see vloggers experiences trying to work the new system.

I was just looking at this and was surprised how much is already gone. I may play around with it and see what refreshing pops up.

I also wonder if some things will change seasonally....like that queue for JC is TERRIBLE in the heat. That's one where I just want the LL because I hate the queue with a passion 😂

Where are you seeing this? When I go to their website none of those are options to select. Is the app showing you can book these?
I do not see any character meet-and-greets or parade viewing options in the app when booking. I don't think this is true.

Overall, my experience was flawless this morning. I was on just before 7AM Eastern, booking for my own family and friends-and-family on the 1st and 2nd. (Our trip starts earlier, but we're only buying for a couple of days.) Availability was

A few observations:
  • No issues booking for my whole group, even though we're on different room reservations and ticket types (we have AP; our friends have three-day Florida resident tickets)
  • Pricing was in-line with Genie+ as I expected (despite many on here speculating that it would be much more expensive)
  • Inventory was really good, but obviously I was very early in the process and a lot of people were busy booking for earlier days than I was.
  • No character experiences available, as expected
  • The system seemed to auto-select 1-hour increments (e.g. 9:00 and 10:00). However I was able to go in afterwards and modify them to be closer together (like 9:00 and 9:50).
  • In my experience, there seemed to be interaction between my ADR and LLMP. I had an 11AM ADR, but it wouldn't let me book a LL for Tiana until after 12. I cancelled that ADR and was able to modify to 11:30. But it's possible that inventory just changed rapidly.
Good luck, everybody -- especially those who get to the parks before me!

So, just for clarification after reading through, Tiana's LL is available, but the ride is still virtual queue? I wonder if that will deter people from choosing it as their tier one attraction, considering they could use it for another tier one and join the virtual queue day of. Though maybe that will balance both line options at Tiana's? Or just bloat demand for the other tier one attractions.

The Standby queues were still relativity short for earlier this morning (before 10 AM) which points to the fact that RD is still an option and is Free.

Tiana’s is LL, Tiana has been LL since it opened. It was never a separate ILL.

I don’t know if that’s necessarily true. Yea there are lots of bloggers, but is that enough to offset the number of visitors during peak times like Christmas, Spring Break, Presidents Day, etc as well as also offsetting all the resort guest in the future who can pre book for the entire length of their stay?

So before 7 when I went to book this was the list, they obviously just copied and pasted for genie plus, disappointed1000001636.png
