Places with ecv accessible shuttles

I can't seem to find any offsite places that offer ecv/scooter abled shuttles. We rent the ecv down there, so our car isn't accessible and they are too heavy to lift (we tried, lol). We drive, so it's silly to then rent an accessible van.

Would like to go in Nov, but looking to save $ this time, so off resort is a option (though we hate giving up late EMH!!!)

Anyone know anything?
