Places to purchase reservations?

Folks, I know that many frown on people selling reservations. Personally, it doesn't really bother me (not that I would consider selling - Disney is too magical a thing to me. But, I understand why people would).

My question is, are there any remaining places that people might be selling reservations? I'd literally be wiling to pay $100 just to lock down the one reservation I particularly want for my family. I've googled, I used to check **************.com, and I can't find anything on Facebook or Reddit. I don't see anything on eBay or craigslist, either. Has Disney successfully cut everyone off, or is there some shady, WDW ADR-selling alley of the internet I just haven't found?
