We are going back Nov 29th:banana:   and were wondering where to eat. We went the same time last year and ate in Sweet Tomatoes, Don Pablos and Tony Romas. Breakfast was usually Ponderosa. Anyone know of any good restaurants on I Drive or that area. We eat most things and are a family of three the youngest being John aged 7.:thumbsup2

I think we spoke in the chat room on Sunday !!

How about Sizzlers ? I agree Ponderosa for breakfast too, but Sizzlers is quite good also. Don Pablos is good, isn't it? (Tiger Woods eats there - we only just missed him by 5 minutes last time we went).

Dennys? Never been, but heard its good. I-Hop if you like pancakes.
To be honest you can't really beat Sizzlers or Ponderosa (Sizzlers for evening meal and Ponderosa for breakfast).

We ate at Dennys a couple of weeks ago - its a bit like a more tasty little chef - really good value for money and yummy too!

Have you tried Romano's Macaroni Grill on the 192 (around markers 10 & 11) - It is a great family Italian which our kids love - they get to write all over the table cloth :cool1:

We went twice on our last trip and had lovely meals - their wine list is very extensive too. Here is the link www.macaronigrill.com

I haven't tried anywhere on I-Drive recently - there is a Bahama Breeze which is good and very popular with the locals.

Chilli's, Red Lobster, Dixie Crossroads, steak 'n' shake, Golden Corral, KFC is not bad either *ducks*

We ate in Bahama Breeze a couple of weeks ago, waited about 20mins on our table , and the meal was one of the best we had and we had some really good meals, cannot wait to go back next year.
You can make reservations ,if you are driving past call in or give them a phone call , save having to wait.

I agree that Ponderosa for breakfast and Sizzler for dinner is a good choice. We also like Chillis, and Olive Garden (is that still there), IHOP is good too, don't forget that you have all the usual Pizza Huts, Mc Donalds and KFC on the 192 aswell.

There is also an all you can eat Chinese which is quite good on the 192 but I can't remember the name of it.

Another vote for Bahama Breeze, we went to the one near Premium Outlets and had the best meal of the holiday :thumbsup2 . Another place we have had great take-outs from is Outback Steakhouse.
