Places like Flying Fish on "lunch"voucher not open at lunch?

What happens then? When it says lunch, what are the hours? Is there an exact list somewhere I can look through? I have been searching this site and have gotten alot of answers, but still have a few questions. THanks everyone!

If the restaurant no longer serves that meal you will have to use the voucher elsewhere. For example, the lunch voucher used to say they were good at Chef Mickey's but Chef Mickey's has not had lunch for a while. If it mentions FLying Fish, but there are no lunches served at flying Fish than the voucher is really not valid there--they will not let you use it for dinner.
