Placeholder question

I accidentally booked two placeholders on our last cruise in Oct 2022 (app was being weird on the ship and apparently I booked 2, only noticed after my CC was charged twice ), and am looking at booking a cruise for 2024 out of Port Canaveral. I understand that both placeholders are only able to be used on the same cruise which is fine, but can I use both on the same stateroom or do I have to book 2 staterooms? Just curious. TIA!

You would book 2 staterooms - OR if you don't need the second one - when you book the first one on Placeholder #1 - just tell DCL to cancel placeholder #2 and they will refund you the$250 to your CC. No issues at all.
