Anyone have experience with this? Booked a placeholder on our last cruise (2019) which had been booked through Costco. On the placeholder form, there's a spot to check whether you want to use the same travel agent, and I'm sure I would have checked 'Yes'. We've always booked through Costco, and this will be our fifth Disney cruise. I called Costco this morning to use the placeholder -- after waiting all day for them to call me back, I received a call from them around 10 PM. They said the placeholder was not assigned to them, that I would have to call Disney to book.
Do you think Disney could have created the placeholder wrong and not assigned to the travel agent/Costco? I know placeholders can only be re-assigned within 30 days. Any chance when I call Disney tomorrow (assuming I can get through), if I explain the situation, they will be able to assign it to Costco at this point?
