Can anyone tell me if there is a place to store stuff (like backpacks) on the wet rides at IOA? Thanks

There are free (short term) lockers outside of most of the rides.

I don't recall lockers outside of the waterrides. They were by the rollercoasters, but maybe I just missed them. On Bluto's, there is the center of the raft that is covered to store bags, socks, etc. On Dudley Dorights, put your bookbag on top of your feet and that way it is not sitting on the wet ground. Make sure that if you have to take it on the ride with you that you have all cameras covered with something waterproof

Jurassic Park River Adventure has free lockers, but I don't know of any lockers over in Toon Lagoon by Dudley or Popeye's (which are the rides you really need them for compared to River Adventure).

I usually use the lockers at Hulk for free and ride other rides, just be careful of how long you get the lockers at Hulk for without charge, I discovered this weekend the length of the free rental is variable!

Where are the lockers by Jurassic Park? I can't believe we always miss those!

I know what you mean with Toon Lagoon. I got smart after a couple of years and only wear quick drying clothes now. I only wear nylon shorts for those rides. Another note: the single riders line on Bluto's is quite short, since noone knows about it. Last year we rode it 3 times in a row. It was like taking a very long shower!

I took my video camera ( in its carry bag) on all the water rides at IOA. I used a small garbage bag around the camera bag. On Popeye and Bluto's there is a center holder for items on each boat. It is covered with heavy plastic flaps but they can be a bit loose ( and torn) and I wouldn't trust them alone to keep items dry. There is nothing on Ripsaw Falls to put your items in. It is ironic that the lockers are outside of The Jurassic Park Adventuree as I have no problem taking my uncovered bag on that. You only get slightly sprayed.

The lockers at JPRA are not free, but they are reasonable. The
only free lockers (for a limited time period) are at The Hulk and
Dueling Dragons at IOA and at Men In Black at USF.

They really should add lockers (free or otherwise) somewhere
within Toon Lagoon. It would be a great help.

Agree.
If you sit in the back on JPRA, you don't even get wet.
It's Rip Saw Falls and Popeye where you need the free locker.

Robvia, that's not true. Everyone gets at least a little wet. Sometimes the whole boat gets soaked. Much like Popeye's and Ripsaw, wetness levels are random.

And the lockers should go back to being free at JP. I BOO on the change.

There ARE lockers in Toon Lagoon, between Dudley and Bluto's. We used them in February. We put our shoes, socks, sweatshirts, huge beach towel, and camera bags in them while we rode. They were something like $1/hour. As you look at Dudley, they are over to the left side, pretty close to the walkway that leads up to the ride. And they are definitely worth it. We all rode both water rides three times, plus JPRA twice, then went to the "Gasoline Alley" restrooms by Bluto's, dried off, changed shoes, put back on the sweatshirts, and we were nice and toasty the rest of the day.
I'm just hoping it is so hot for our September trip that we can wear our nylon shorts, tee shirts, and sandles the whole day :) .
