We are looking at coming to Disney World the end of May 2014 but currently trying to find a place for us to stay. It could be a town home, condo, hotel but would require at least a 3 bedroom. Can anyone give any suggestions of places to stay that are budget friendly and as well in a good location from Walt Disney World. In addition, would like one that is clean and well maintained. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you
Melissa

I would look at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. It is a Wyndham condo resort that is actually on Disney property. If you go over to the Orlando hotel board you will find a thread for lovers of the resort with tons of info.

BTW :welcome: to the DIS!

I stayed at Caribe Cove in April and enjoyed it very much, the 3 bedroom unit we were in was awesome with plenty of room, 1 king bed room, 1 queen bed room and the 3rd room had 2 twin beds, full kitchen, full size W/D, 2 bathrooms and there was a tub and seperate shower in both of them. We spent alot of time on the screened in balcony and loved it.

There's a place called Cypress Pointe that's just outside of Disney. It's part of Diamond Resorts, and my family has stayed there often. You can get a 3BR lockout that easily sleeps 8 and has a full kitchen, and a small kitchen in the lockout portion, as well as washer/dryer, etc. SUPER nice, and there are pools and entertainment for the kids on-site.

If you want more info from one who has stayed there many times, just send me a private message and I can fill you in!

We love Windsor Hills and have stayed at 5 mins 2 Disney.com and romancing the mouse.com.

I am staying next month at Regal Palms, a 4 bedroom townhouse. the pool has a slide and a lazy river. Looks very nice, can't wait!!!
