Place to meet Sponge Bob outside of parks?

We're going to Disney in November. Have a 1yo and a 7yo who does not like roller coasters, so this isn't a good year for us to add in US/IoA. But DS7 has been asking a lot about meeting Sponge Bob. Are there any character meals or ways to meet Sponge Bob without going to the park? Thanks!

The only place I could think of would be the Nick hotel. I don't think he shows up at any of the character meals at the hotels. @Berlioz70 would be the best person to ask though, or check the character sticky in this forum.
