place to buy beverages

dumb question but just wanted to know. we are staying at all star sports resort. is there anywhere to buy six packs of beer on or near hotel. we will not be renting a car.

They sell beer in the gift shops, but be prepared to pay. DH bought a 6 pk. of Miller Lite cans for around $9-10.

If you're taking a towncar from the airport to ASSp, ask them if they do a grocery stop. Most towncar places will do a 30 minute grocery stop. Buy your beer there figuring enough to last you thru your trip.

Or you can bring some in a backpack from home.
That's what I did for the cruise.

Since you don't have a car, take the bus to MK, ferry or monorail to TTC and catch the Lynx bus (public transit) #56. It goes along 192 to places such as Publix, Walgreens, Walmart, Old Town, and Osceola Mall (which actually isn't very good shopping). Cost one way is $1.25. Buses run twice an hour. Latest schedule I have is at :23 and :53 past the hour. If you need schedules or maps ask at the Bus Information kiosk.
