we will be at VGF during the NCAA tournament.
Any decent place to watch the games along the monorail?

Miner's should have TVs you can request they tune to ball.

Tambu Lounge and the Wave Lounge will also have TVs. I don't necessarily recommend Tambu during 'Ohana's opening hours, however. Wave or Minzer's will be much more chill. Or go over to Wilderness Lodge. There will be TVs there at the lounge and maybe at Geyser Point.

Geyser Point does have TVs and would be an awesome spot, but of course, not on the Monorail.:)

Was at Geyser Point on Tuesday. Nice place, not so much for viewing sports events -a couple of smallish tv's and no sound. No thanks.

I recall watching March Madness a few years back on a large flat screen next to the Tambu Lounge. Don't know if it's still there and it's off to the right side as you face the bar but we had no trouble viewing it from our stools along the right side. The bar tends to turn over quickly as it's a waiting point for the restaurant reservations so don't be discouraged if it's full on arrival. I imagine you could get a drink then sit in one of the plush chairs there.

But more awesome.
Definitely more awesome!:)

We have watched College Football games there and the huge advantage it has over other Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon Bars/Lounges is getting to be RIGHT on Bay Lake-so beautiful!

And since there isn't anything like ESPN Club or Splitsville on Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon, the viewing experience at Geyser is just as good as any other Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon Bar/LoungeIMHO.:)

It is our favorite "new" spot at WDW!:)

I'm used to no sound for March Madness viewing because our bar has 8 TVs and they put them all on caption.
Same here.:)

Even at places like ESPN Club where the sound is on,it can still sometimes be "challenging" to hear-that is true of most "Bar/Lounge settings".:)

I almost prefer it that way, as having multiple sound sources is hard for me.

Mizners has one or two TVs. The Wave has more than two, I think.

I have heard that Geyser Point will no longer let you select your own seat. I know that is true for the peripheral seating but I have heard it is also true for the seating at the bar itself. If that is true I don't know if they'll agree to let you wait for a seat that is in the region of the TV that is playing the game you want, but if they want to seat you at the bar, you can always ask.

After seeing this earlier I reached out to some family that have been at WL all week. They replied that they've been to Geyser Point at various times every day this week and have been told to sit wherever they wanted.
