For Pizzafari, I've seen people talk about making ADR's even though it is a quick service restaurant. Can I assume I shouldn't need an ADR to be able to eat here?

Correct, you can walk up.
Pizzafari does have a family style meal option that still takes a QS credit, but requires an ADR.
