Pretty excited to try this out!

They would not let me book on the Disney Web site, because you all know Stitch just loves to destroy our plans by eating the page! Had to call WDW dining and the CM had know idea what I was talking about and kept telling me its not available, all booked up. After I told her Stitch ate the page and their was ressies she kept telling me no ressies. Only when I asked to speak to another person did she take my name and email to do a search. >:(
So me and DD will be eating a Pizzafari meal on Aug. 4rth. Don't like the pizza their so hopefully the chicken is good.

This sounds very interesting! I did some random searches for September and times were available. Definitely update if you do this, would love to hear about your experience.

I was very excited about this as well because we eat here every time we go anyway. So when I read about it yesterday morning, I immediately went online to make a reservation. It let me choose a time, but wouldn't do anything after that so I called and have a reservation on 8/5. YAY!!

Looking forward to hearing a review, and especially how the “family style” actually works since we are a party of two. We just made reservations to eat dinner here is September, It sounded like a nice option and we don’t have to fight for a table like Most QS locations.

We are also a party of 2 and like you anxious for the first reviews from Pizzafari. I know at other AYCTE places that do family style, they just bring a smaller platter of food for a party of 2 than they do for 4. There is no indication that Pizzafari is AYCTE, but I would expect it would be similar in that the quantity of food on the platter(s) will be proportioned to the size of the party.

What is AYCTE ?

We booked it on Wednesday, too! I like having different options for dinner, so I'm hoping we'll enjoy it! Great use of our DDP credit, but wondering if DH will be able to get a beer as his drink (with DDP) since it says a non-alcoholic beverage is included. Looking forward to reviews!!

Guess it is just a trial, because only a couple months are open for booking. Or maybe it will have a 60 day window?

I know pizzafari is on the tiw discount list but does anyone know if the discount applies to the family style meal?

From the Disney Food Blog's review: "Though non-alcoholic beverages ARE included, beer and wine are an additional purchase. (The exception: of-age guests on the Disney Dining Plan are able to receive an alcoholic beverage with their meal if they wish, since those are now included on the Plan.)"

From the reviews I've seen so far, I'm really glad we made reservations for this. I really like having a variety at dinner and I love starting with a salad & ending with a little dessert. Looking forward to hearing about other people's positive experiences.

It isn't AYCE. Someone already posted a link to the DFB review in another thread, you can read all about it at DFB.
