Pizzafari - adult vs. childs options ?

I've always wondered why Pizzafari (PIZZAfari) offers pizza on the regular menu but does not offer pizza on the childrens menu, and why they offer spaghetti on the children's menu, but not on the regular menu . . . . ?

The pizza for adults not kids has to do the the oven they use, they can only make the one size (that's what DH was told) What the deal with the spaghetti is, I have no idea
