looking for suggestions of some good places to order pizza from a place that will deliver to a wdw resort...

Are you looking for real pizza or Pizza Hut/Dominoes type pizza? I have yet to find good pizza in Florida but there are a lot of chain places (Dominoes) that will deliver to the resorts

I really like Giordano's. They have a couple of locations near WDW. The addresses and numbers are below. My DH and I usually order from there and have it delievered. It is much better than food court pizza IMO.

well, i suppose even dominoes and pizza hut will be better than food court pizza . we were actually looking for something that came highly recommended, but i have heard it is near impossible to find great pizza in FL. i will check out flippers and goirdano's - thank you for the suggestions. love the dis - ask and you shall receive...

Third for Giordano's - the BEST pizza no matter where you can find it. From Chicago to FL it's great.

We also love Giordanos deep dish pizza and my DH and I get it every time we go. Just a warning though, our kids won't eat it. So, unless your kids like a real deep dish pizza, get them something from Dominos or from the food court but make sure you still get this pizza. The other warning is that this pizza is very filling. The first time DH and I got one, it was on the last night of our stay. We couldn't finish it, and we left for the airport at 3:00 am, so we had to throw some away If you don't have a fridge, you may want to get a smaller size than you usually do. I can't wait for February to have my Giordanos!

The only thing better than Giordano's in Orlando is Giordano's in Chicago. Definitly a vote for Giordano's.

Giordano's is the first night dinner, and the last night dinner. If you see someone eating cold pizza while driving north on I75 from Fl to KY in October, that is me eating my cold Giordano's.

There are tons of good pizza places in FL, not really tons but at least a dozen or so in various cities.

Isn't that gross? Pizza is good cold because it is thin, I can't imagine how an inch of cold cheese on top of an inch of cold, thick and tasteless crust would be edible.

I love Giordano's, though I have to agree, I wouldn't want to eat it cold.

While Giordano's is famous for their deep dish pizza - and I love it - it is TOO filling for me. A couple slices and I'm done. I actually order the thin far more often (thin spinach - yum yum!) and I put it on my very short list of 3 best pizzas anywhere. You don't have to go deep dish to enjoy Giordano's. They also have a full Italian menu and everything I've tried has been good.
