Pizza with no sauce

My son is picky. Is there much chance that we can wait at qs for a cheese pizza without sauce? Or is much or it preassembled ahead of time and this wouldn't be an option?

In my experience most of these pizzas seem to be the premade frozen ones that are just cooked at the actual restaurant. That's going by the many I've gone over ingredients for in their allergy book. I'm not sure if there are any exceptions to that but hopefully someone else will know.

Maybe one of the places that has flatbread pizzas actually makes them on site. Like Pinnochio Village Haus?
