We (family of 4, all adults) ate there a couple weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the meatball sub and thought it was very good for quick service. I loved the cappuccino cupcake. I would definitely rate it on the high end of available QS in HS.

I don't think they're cheap, by any means. More than the cost, my opinion on them is that we've got better things to do at Disney World than play arcade games. We can do that at home, or at the boardwalk...

I totally agree with you and I have avoided eating there on seven trips in the last six years for that very reason, but my DSs (9&7) are now old enough to do a little of their own pre-trip research and they want to try it. There is simply no way I am getting those boys in and out of there without a game or two. It's hard enough to nix those infernal carnival games in Dinoland at AK.
