All I'm saying is they could have at least made it not bunch up on the bottom and fit across correctly.

Yeah, they could have. They needed to pin the banner down on the bottom so it wouldn't get lifted up due to wind, but it seems like they mis-measured or something. You can see a strap off to the left that looks anchored into the wall, but then where it's all bunched up, it looks like they just tucked it under the existing sign.

On the Disneyland website, it's what they used for the picture, but it doesn't look so sloppy.

This is clearly a photoshop so it's not going to lay so perfectly across the existing sign.
