Just wondering what good pizza places are around DL that we could order to our room (or pick up as we have a car). We are staying at the DLH.

Thanks!

Pizza
Broadway:: 714.999.8818
Domino's:: 714.750.2224
Pizza Hut:: 714.956.2100
Papa John's:: 714.991.7272
Round Table:: 714.539.1934

I borrowed these from the Hojo website......Round table is my favorite!

Round table has a kinda spicy sauce, hard to discribe not so hot kids won't eat it but not a NY style.
Broadway sounds like a better chance for NY style.
I have been eating Round Table since I was a kid, and I swear the Round Tables in CA are better then the ones here in Vegas.

We have ordered from a couple different spots while staying on property. Pizza Hut which always has a great family special but I HIGHLY pass on a little mom and pop Italian place that delivers called Mari's. Very good and the prices and servings were wonderful!:yay: I am sorry I do not have the number handy but you can look it up or PM me and I will track it down. Have fun!!

Forget all those franchised pizza joints that you can get anywhere. Try Marri's, it is right near the DLR (Walnut and Katella) and it has been making good Italian-type food at the same location next to DL since 1957. In the lobby of the restaurant they have all kinds of old pics of Disneyland from the 50s, very interesting.

The food is great and they've been at it since the early days of Disneyland, it's a real Anaheim fixture.

Marri's, you can dine in, pick up and I believe they deliver.

I wholeheartedly agree with Doombugger. I avoid the franchised pizza places.

Back in '06, I ate at Napolini in DTD and they had very good NY style pizza.

Marri's sound just want we are looking for - a good local place. We don't normally like to eat at chains when we are on vacation (with a few exceptions).

Thanks for posting the website and for the recommendations. The picture of the pizza on the website looks YUMMY!

Papa Johns' was very good. Kids devoured it, and almost felt bad walking back to the room with the pizza due to the various envy looks and asked questions "where did you get it?".
Did experiance one time that had to get it from the Bell hops out front, so ensure you give room so they can call you.
enjoy

Mmmm. Broadway Pizza. I used to go to a Broadway Pizza, except it was on Broadway in The Bronx. :) It was my favorite.

I went to one place on one of the neighboring streets in a strip mall and wasn't too impressed. I don't remember the name.

Where is the closest Uno's?

Forget chain restaurants! You can get those anywhere... now, I'm at work so I dont know if anyone already mentioned this place (nor do I know what it's called) but! When you are on the main road that all the motels are on as well as the disneyland entrance, there is a small shopping center across the street from the Candy Cane Inn and in it is an amazing little pizza place that's extremely affordable and quick to serve. I'm sure if you called the Candy Cane Inn, they could tell you the name of the pizza place and get you a phone number.. I'm telling you, it was incredible! If you're walking, you can come out of the big walkway from the parks, turn right, walk for two blocks and then cross the street!

(We were on foot on our trip in Jan, hence the lack of addresses, I'm so sorry)

We paid $20 for two large pepperoni's late one friday night and they didn't skimip on anything.

round table is good, but not for picky kids. I like their sauce, but I have to ask for light sauce, otherwise it is way too much.
