WDW kim, We have a coupon, but it expried 12/20/03. I was going to see if they'd accept it anyway, but since yours expires at the end of 2004 that might be safer. Ive PM'd you my address and would appreaciate a coupon. That is a great deal.

When I originally called to make a reservation last year I was told the coupons expired in 2003 so there was no point in adding it to my ressie. I called yesterday and told them that I was informed that they had extended the offer. They went ahead and took my referral and put it on my ressie. The girl told me to just change the 03 to an 04 on the little coupon.

hey all-
we are planning on staying at the HIFS july 2004 (only becuase there are 7 of us going)
mind if i ask a few questions???
we will be having 7 people, Me,DW,DD(12),DD(11),DS(10),DS(8), &DD(6)...phewww!!! will there be plenty of room with the kidsuite rooms?
Also how far is it from DW? We are planning on driving everyday so we can come back for lunch during the day. (We walked back and forth last year to universal studios, and NOONE wants a repeat of that...lol)
Are there resturaunts like mcDonalds close by?What about a walmart?
2 of our daughters will be having bdays there, and we want to pick up a cake and not spend awhole lot.
We plan on having kids nite come over , 1 day maybe 2 to watch all the kids so Dw & I can go to the parks alone. Has anyone had them come there before?

tinkandhook - the kidsuites have a pull out sofa , a king bedroom and then bunks in the kids room (altho some come with a trundle I think - not ours in 2001 - maybe you have to ask ) we traveled with 5 people 3 adults and 2 kids and thought there was plenty of room ( my mom and sister shared the king - kids in bunks in kids room - me on sofa bed as i get up first and get everything ready for the day including all the others )
We just changed our Oct ressies for the 5 of us to stay here rather then the 2 rooms we had booked at the Pop ( saved 227 total in my budget because of having just one room at the senior saver rate and on the FREE FOOD - breakfast for all and then kids eat free up to 4 kids with 1 adult ) There is a Super Wally's down the road - 15 or so minutes . ( whichever route it is that has the mile markers ) and while I could always get us to Disney I had the toughest time trying to find my way back to the hotel ..I have a disney street map and a regular map for this trip .

Hi do you have to wait for the coupon before making the ressies or do you just mention the coupon at booking ?? Thanks Michelle

You should mention the coupon when you book your room. You get the free pizza, etc. and whoever refers gets a check for $10 for each paid night you stay. I just called to ask about extending the coupon and was allowed to refer myself! Anyway the ID# you need at reservation is the person's name and zip code, then give them the coupon when you check-in. I just referred my first person this week (other than myself) and have decided from now on to be "up front" about the benefit to me. I was feeling uncomfortable without the receipient knowing my benefit and relieved when she found out from the hotel when she made the referral. That being said...Kessieann will soon be going and have an id#, she helped me...would like to see somebody help her!
