Why do they both have to be food. Here are a few pairs that I really enjoy:

Tailgating and a NASCAR Race

Tailgating and a NFL game (preferably a Saints game)

Tailgating and a NHL game (preferably a Flyers game)

I think I am setting a trend here

But my favorite pair of all time has to be a long hard day at work and a 4 year old running as fast as he can from the kitchen, with his arms wide open, screaming "DADDY's HOME" before planting the world's biggest hug on me!
