I have used them in the past and for this years trip as well. The agent we use provides great service and provides her cell in case you have questions while your there.

I did for my second trip. They have the mousechat podcast, and had Chris wood from the podcast doing my trip. She was great. I actually changed things quite a bit during the planning process, and things went pretty smooth.

I think there was a 50 gift card by booking through them, and some disney travel bags.
