Planning a trip may 2010 does anyone know if the Pixie hollow wait times are still long or are they managable .:rolleyes1:cool1::surfweb:

We were there this past late April/early May and here is our experience:

We have a 5, 3 and 1 year old so we are more "early morning" guests -- there at rope drop or even earlier for an ADR at CRT or CP!! so we made sure to be at the Toon Town rope drop one morning about 9:30. Posted opening at 10:00am, but had been hearing about actual opening of 9:45 and we didn't want to miss it!! We waited at the left side of the rope and walked straight to the tent, no stroller, and managed to be the 3rd family in line ... due to a potty emergency, DD and I got out of line and then returned to find that DH had let a bunch of families in front of us, not exactly sure of the protocol!:goodvibes Anyway, we were probably the 15 - 20th family and it was still over an hour wait to see the fairies!! This was NOT including the wait at the ropedrop. Let me just say, those fairies talk A LOT!! It was well worth the wait, though!

A few nights later, I headed back for evening EMH (10:00 - 1:00) arriving about 8:30pm ... went straight to ToonTown and to the fairy line and only waited about 10 minutes!! Still had plenty of time to visit the princesses and Mickey&Minnie before their lines closed at 9:30!:thumbsup2 (Note, the posted times were 9:00pm, but the CM let me know that they often go a bit longer.) Also, I found out something fun ... there is a "magic" PhotoPass shot that is available in the line for Pixie Hollow, but ONLY when things are slow  and if there are enough photographers! As luck would have it, there was one in line that night for us. She had DD stand sideways against the wall and then turn and smile, when we got our pictures, she had wings!!

Hope this helps!
