Pixie Hollow and the Halloween Party

Since the faeries are doing meet and greet during the party - would I be better off trying to meet them during the day (I can't get to the park until around noon) or waiting and trying to do it at the party that night? This will be the only day that I can do this on this trip so advice would be valued.

Go when you first arrive, for 2 reasons:

1- If you encounter any problems, you still have the "fall-back" of the party to come back for a visit.

2- I'd hate to waste a lot of "party time" standing in a line in Toontown (unless it was necessary.)
