PIXIE DUST !!! 
Just got back from WDW at 1 am last night. We arrived to WDW last Tuesday around noon at AKL – Kadani Village checked in, room was not ready (bummed), did get all my request (thrilled), high floor, close to lobby, sunset view. Left AKL to return rental car at Alamo on property, no problems then off to HS. We did all of our fast passes, Star Tours, Muppets 3D, & Toy Story Mania, plus Great Movie Ride & the Little Mermaid Show, it was now time, 5:20 pm, for dinner at Prime Time 50’s, had a great time. We walk out of and are informed we will be escorted out the park !!! What the hell ??? It seem Gartner has rented the whole park !!! We stopped by Guest Relations to inquire when this happened as I had booked this trip months ago and HS did not show closed at 6 pm. We talked to Paul at Guest Relations gave him our story. He apologized for the inconvenience and took my information & reviewed it on his computer. He asked us if we would like to go to another park to make up for this inconvenience and I stated that we did not have Park Hoppers as this was a 4 day quick trip. He stated he could fix that for us. I quickly stated yes that would help. When he had finished he told us he had upgraded our Park Passes to Hoppers plus he gave us 2 fast passes each to use on any ride at MK tonight !!! Also we had been trying to get a reservation to Be Our Guest with no luck. Thursday we spent the day a MK plus we were going to MNSSHP that night. Around 2:15 pm we stopped by BOG to inquire about a reservation the Cast Member asked if we were going to MNSSHP and directed me to another Cast Member. We showed her our ticket receipt and she wrote us reservation for 7 pm at BOG !!! We had a fantastic time at Be Our Guest. Oh, I loved the Grey Stuff !!! Magic Bands worked great, FastPass+ work (just wish I could book more ahead of time).
