Pixie Dust when you shop disneystore.com

Anyone ever get any extra Pixie Dust when they order from disneystore.com??? Everytime I get my order in the mail I always have something add to it for free. I always call and they just tell me to keep it. I love it. So far I have gotten 1 shirt for my son, 1 shirt for me, 1 necklace, 1 plate, 1 tray plate, and the biggest one of all 1 statue of Christmas Mickey and Minnie holding a small tray. I cant believe they do this. Anyone else????

WOW!!! I guess I am really lucky. I really dont order alot from them, maybe 3 times a year. Well I wish you all a little pixie dust that next time you will get something too!

I usually place an order at least once to twice a year and have never received anything extra. You must be a very lucky person! Do you buy powerball tickets? If not, maybe you should start!

Interesting. I had it happen 1 time when I ordered from Disney, and they too let me keep even though I offered to send it back.

I just received an extra pair of shorts from Old Navy today, so I emailed them right away, and I will be sending them back to them, as I didn't pay for them, and they require that I send them back.

Disney really should be taking the stuff back, as if they are making these many errors, it will affect their inventory and profits, which in turn, will cost all of us.

They need to do a better job in the warehouse with packing up stuff! Tiger

Everytime I call and ask them if they would like me to either send it back or take it back to my local store. They always tell me no. I don't understand why they dont want it back. That just blows my mind. But I will say that they have wonderful customer service. I ordered another statue from them and it came with some damage on the ear. I called and they told me how sorry that they were and they would send me another right away and I could keep the other one. I could not understand why they would not want to see it and try to make something off of it. Also last Halloween time they were really backed up I guess on orders that it was taken extra long for my order to make it to me. I ordered a Mickey Halloween bucket for my son's 1st Halloween and really wanted for Trick or Treat. I called and they overnighted me one for Free and said that If I got another one in my box when it came to keep it(they had not even started to pack it at that time) And I did get another one!!! They are so great anywhere at Disney and that is why I always have and will shop with them. And for me I am able to give anything extra to Toys of Tots at the end of the year and give someone else a little Disney magic

I ordered another statue from them and it came with some damage on the ear. I called and they told me how sorry that they were and they would send me another right away and I could keep the other one.

I've had this happen. I bought something that had slight damage to it but since I was giving it as a gift, I called to ask them to replace it and they told me no problem - and keep the damaged one too. So I got one and got to gift one out as well.

Never any freebies in the original order though.

Yep that is what I was going to say..I have been ordering for over 10yrs and never gotten anything, broken things, missing things, things sent that I did not order(similar but not what I ordered) substitutions..
I was just yesterday throwing out old orders that I found from years ago and old catalogues...do you remember those lovely printed color catalogues with stuff that was great quality and that you actually wanted to buy?

I got one free Cheshire Cat ornament (had ordered 1, they shipped me 2). I've probably ordered from Disneystore.com approximately 20 times (I love park series vinylmations).

In that same order one of my glass ornaments arrived smashed to pieces, I called the number and they were very quick about sending a replacement for free, they didn't even require the return of the smashed item.

Those are the only issues I have ever had (except for a recent unlucky streak with blind box vinylmations).

Two years ago, right after Halloween, I ordered an autograph book and a pen for our up coming trip. I was very surprised when a large box arrived at my door about a week later. When I opened it there was a padded envelope with the autograph book and pen and also a Jack Skellington wreath and candy dish!

I also called and was told to enjoy the extra Pixie Dust!

Don't you just love Disney magic!
