I forgot to update to say 2 and a half weeks ago we had an offer on our flat and accepted it!

This morning i've made an offer on a house, lots of pixie dust needed as its less than they want.

They turned down our offer but we've left it on the table and the Estate Agent has been trying to talk the seller into accepting our offer so Pixie Dust still needed please.

We upped our offer but it was still turned down so that property is a no go for us then, into rented we go instead. We complete on Tuesday hopefully on our sale we have arranged to stay in our home till Easter.

We've sold our flat and moved from Reading in Berkshire to a rented place in Billericay in Essex.
