We were at Disney World last week and we had a group 6 - 10 depending on the day.
We used 1 GAD per day for Fast Pass tickets. Each morning at Guest services they asked how many in our group (you must all be there together) and they sprinkled Pixie Dust and we would get as many as was in our group.
Up to six was their standard answer, but when we said how many was with us, they had to get permission to add more. We were just patient and ready to be understanding it they couldn't add any above the 6.
I think it all depends on who you get as to what they can do.
